Entry costs
These are the costs to buy a cryptocurrency bundle directly with Euro. These costs are deducted from the amount of Euro that is paid.
Mutations
These costs are charged for every transaction within the bundle.
Example:
Selling Ethereum to buy Iota.
Selling Bitcoin for Euro.
In both cases, 0.50% is deducted from the value of the sold currency.
Exit costs
These costs are charged on the amount of Euro that is disbursed to the bank account.
Balancing
These costs are charged at the moment the “balancing tool” is used. The costs are calculated based on the total value of the bundle. Customers who opt for automatic balancing receive a discount.
Revision
These costs are charged at the moment the “revision tool” is used. These costs are based on the total value of the bundle. Customers who opt for automatic revision receive a discount.
